As a Jesuit, Catholic, liberal arts institution, the focus and mission of Spring Hill College - and its employees - are much different from that of a business or even a typical public college or university.

The atmosphere on campus - the relationship between faculty and staff and students - is richer and more meaningful because we share a common goal regardless of faith, race, gender or background: to provide the very best learning environment possible so that our students are prepared to be responsible leaders in service to others in or out of the classroom, and have the greatest opportunities to grow as young adults and succeed as professionals.

Spring Hill College Promise Statement

The mailroom is located beside Walsh Hall.

Inter-office mail can be placed in the mail slot in the back area past the main window.  Please do not use SHC letterhead or envelopes for inter-office mail.

Each department has a box. The mail goes into the box below the department name.

Inter-office mail is distributed each morning normally no later than 10:30 am, except after holidays.

Off-campus mail

If you have mail that needs to go off campus, you may place it at the main window during business hours to be stamped. If it is for out of country, please let someone at the counter know or place a rubber band or something indicating that it is foreign.

Do not include any 4000 Dauphin St. mail with the outgoing mail.

The recipient's address should be typed if at all possible, not hand-written.
